My son and I just recently started going and so far it's been great. I can only rate a four because I've yet to get to full experience of this gym but I will definitely rate again after about 3 months. I did get a chance to meet the owner and he's very motivational. What I do like about the gym is that it is not big but has all the equipment needed to meet goals, along trainers and classes throughout the morning and evenings, depending on the days of the week.

I haven't actually used the facility yet, so I can't comment on that part. I just signed up for a 42-Day Body Transformation program, which I am completely excited about. The program contains diet changes, workouts, and classes. I come back and add my before and after photos after I complete the program.
